We need- exactly you: Our Bikepark Willingen in the Sauerland is looking for employees for trail maintenance, control and upkeep. In addition, we support as a team in the construction of new trails. Our common claim: We show our guests that quality pays off and that 18 kilometers of trails with different demands are insane fun. As a team we give our best every day at the lift and in the park to convince our guests from all over the world.
You need…
– Enthusiasm for mountain biking
– Experience in trail building and trail maintenance
– Willingness to work outdoors in nature every day
– Class B driver’s license
– Reliability and commitment
– German or Englisch

Bikepark Willingen is located in “Sauerland”, one of the leading mountain bike regions in Germany. The low mountain range is located in the center of the country between Dortmund (100km), Cologne (180km), Hannover (180km) and Frankfurt (170km). Many other bike parks are located nearby.
Willingen is a mountain bike hot spot. Since 1998, the Bike Festival has been held in Willingen every year, with numerous top-class races and the largest Expo Area in Europe. The bike park in Willingen has existed for many years. In 2002, the first track on the Ettelsberg was created with the Freeride. In 2005 and 2006, the World Cup Downhill track and the World Cup Four-Cross track followed. In 2019, the range of trails was redesigned. Two flow trails were created. Directly after that, the Freeride was completely renewed and an Enduro track was built. This was followed by various table lines and jump lines. This all was the work of Diddie Schneider, one of Europe’s leading trail designers. With this, the development is far from being finished. Europe’s largest trail park network is currently being created in the region around Willingen. Parts of it will be directly connected to the Bikepark Willingen.

Unser Bikepark Willingen im Sauerland sucht Mitarbeiter für Streckenpflege, -kontrolle und -instandhaltung. Zudem unterstützen wir als Team beim Bau neuer Trails. Unser gemeinsamer Anspruch: Wir zeigen unseren Gästen, dass Qualität sich auszahlt und 18 Kilometer Strecke mit unterschiedlichem Anspruch Wahnsinns-Spaß machen. Als Mannschaft geben wir jeden Tag das Beste an Lift und im Park, um unsere Gäste aus aller Welt zu überzeugen.
Du brauchst…
- Begeisterung fürs Mountainbiken
- Erfahrung im Trailbau und Trailpflege
- Bereitschaft, täglich draußen zu arbeiten
- Führerschein Klasse B

- Sprache: Deutsch wünschenswert, mindestens aber Englisch

Der Bikepark Willingen liegt im Sauerland, einer führenden Mountainbikeregionen in Deutschland. Das Mittelgebirge liegt in der Landesmitte zwischen Dortmund (100km), Köln (180km), Hannover (180km) und Frankfurt (170km). Viele Weitere Bikeparks liegen in der Nähe.
Willingen ist ein Mountainbike Hot-Spot. Seit 1998 findet in Willingen alljährlich das Bike Festival statt, mit zahlreichen hochkarätigen Rennen und der größten Expo Area Europas. Der Bikepark in Willingen besteht seit vielen Jahren. 2002 entstand mit der Freeride die erste Strecke am Ettelsberg. 2005 und 2006 folgten die Weltcup Downhill-Strecke und die Weltcup Four-Cross-Strecke. 2019 wurde das Streckenangebot neu konzeptioniert. Am Köhlerhagen entstanden zwei Flow Trails.
Direkt danach wurde die Freeride komplett erneuert und eine Enduro Strecke gebaut. Es folgten verschiedene Table Lines und Jump Lines. Überall war Diddie Schneider, einer führenden Streckendesigner Europas, am Werk.
Damit ist die Entwicklung noch lange nicht abgeschlossen. Zurzeit entsteht in der Region um Willingen Europas größtes Trailparknetz. Teile davon werden direkt an den Bikepark Willingen angeschlossen.
